 The project brings a significant transformation to Royal Honda’s established 3.8 acre location along Veterans Memorial Boulevard. A refreshed Honda-branded showroom anchors the dealership, complemented by updated sales offices, customer lounges, employee work areas, and a new furniture package designed around Honda’s dealership standards.

The renovation creates a more cohesive environment throughout the customer-facing spaces while providing employees with updated offices, touchdown areas, and breakroom facilities.

Improvements extend well beyond the building’s interior. The redevelopment includes substantial upgrades to the dealership site, including paving, landscaping, irrigation, exterior lighting, and a new Honda signage package.

The exterior work incorporates Honda’s current corporate identity while reworking an active, established dealership property to accommodate new site and building requirements.
