Following demolition of eight existing structures, construction begins on a 12-acre site designed to support the full range of dealership operations. The split-level layout places the service shop, parts department, and car wash on the first floor, while the showroom, service drive, and offices occupy the second.

The facility incorporates 26-foot cast-in-place concrete elements and structural steel framing, with an exterior palette of glass curtain wall, masonry, precast concrete, and ACM panels. A one-acre precast underground detention system helps preserve valuable surface area for dealership use, while the project team navigates Hyundai’s independent architectural review and approval process throughout construction.
