Asbury Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville

Mercedes-Benz Catonsville, a project for repeat client Asbury Automotive, features the iconic Mercedes-Benz signature welcome wall at the entry, creating a strong first impression and reinforcing the dealership’s premium identity from the moment customers arrive. Painted exposed steel columns, exposed roof deck, and raw unfinished ductwork elevate the dealership to a new, higher standard.

Completed on a highly constrained site with no lay-down area, the fast-tracked, multi-phased renovation required just-in-time deliveries and close coordination to keep dealership operations moving throughout construction.

A refreshed AMG Performance Center was incorporated into the renovation, creating a dedicated environment tailored to Mercedes-Benz’s high-performance sub-brand. The upgraded space highlights AMG vehicles and reinforces the performance heritage central to the Mercedes-Benz lineup.

A new second-floor locker room and breakroom were added to better serve dealership staff, bringing improved back-of-house functionality and more comfortable day-to-day support spaces. The service drive also received upgrades, including high-speed Rytec doors and durable clinker tile designed to handle heavy daily use. A full rooftop equipment replacement modernizes critical building systems and supports long-term operational performance.
