Expanding Beyond the Southeast
What began with the successful delivery of one of Niagara Bottling's Southeastern manufacturing facilities has grown into a long-term partnership built on trust, consistency, and shared success. As Niagara Bottling has expanded into new markets, Choate has delivered manufacturing facilities, expansions, and operational improvements that reflect a deep understanding of the company's standards, production processes, and long-term objectives. Each project builds upon the knowledge gained from the last, creating a more efficient and predictable delivery experience across the United States.

Built on Trust
Every successful project strengthens the partnership. With experience spanning more than 40 facilities, Choate approaches each new project with the knowledge gained from the last while tailoring every solution to the unique needs of the site, operations, and community it serves. Supported by trusted local partners, our collaborative approach delivers the consistency, flexibility, and dependable execution that help maintain the quality, operational performance, and manufacturing excellence that have defined Niagara's business for more than six decades.

Florence, SC
Originally planned as a two-line manufacturing facility, the Florence project expanded during design to accommodate five production lines, increasing the facility's footprint to nearly 743,000 square feet without compromising the accelerated schedule. Completed in just 11 months, the design-build facility combines concrete tilt-wall construction, structural steel framing, and advanced production infrastructure to support Niagara's continued investment throughout the Southeast while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to evolving operational needs.
Hazleton, PA
At 1.2 million square feet, the Hazleton facility represents one of the largest manufacturing projects completed for Niagara Bottling. Delivered through an accelerated design-build schedule, the campus required extensive site development, significant earthwork and rock blasting, multiple temporary certificates of occupancy, and careful coordination of seven production lines, a sustainable wastewater treatment facility, and supporting utility infrastructure. A customer experience center, dedicated office space, and integrated manufacturing systems position the facility as a flagship operation within Niagara's national portfolio.
Northern Las Vegas, NV
As Choate's second westernmost Niagara Bottling project, this facility reflects the continued expansion of a partnership built across multiple market. Delivered through a fast-track, design-build approach, the facility supports highly automated production through advanced German-fabricated injection and blow molding systems. Constructed with concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel framing, and an insulated TPO roof, the facility combines durable industrial construction with efficient manufacturing infrastructure tailored to Niagara's growing operations in the Southwest.

Evolving with Every Facility
No two Niagara facilities are identical, yet each benefits from the experience gained across the projects that came before it. From site development and structural systems to process equipment coordination, utility infrastructure, and future expansion planning, Choate continuously refines its approach to improve constructability, streamline coordination, and support efficient project delivery. That experience allows each facility to adapt to evolving operational requirements while maintaining the consistency and quality expected across Niagara's nationwide footprint.
