The 17-acre campus expansion adds a 46,365-SF academic building, a 24,880 SF residence hall, a 6,548 SF maintenance building, and 177 parking spaces.

The building combines structural steel, heavy timber, light-gauge framing, curtainwall and storefront systems, stone veneer, and Trespa Pura rainscreen siding. Interior finishes include plank ceilings, DIRTT wall systems, wood panel clouds, serpentine ceilings, and tongue-and-groove decking.
