Lincoln Technical Institute, Nashville Campus

Following the successful delivery of Lincoln Tech’s East Point, Georgia campus in early 2024, Choate Construction renovated a former warehouse in Nashville, transforming the space into a fully modernized training environment. The East Point facility served as a design and programmatic blueprint, helping ensure continuity in student experience and instructional quality across both campuses.

The Nashville campus is equipped with advanced features tailored to the needs of today’s trades students. It includes 120 welding booths, 21 classrooms, and a fully outfitted collision repair lab. A 26-bay Auto, Diesel, and Heavy Equipment training center provides immersive, real-world learning, giving students the opportunity to work with the same tools and equipment they’ll encounter in the field.

Every detail of the renovation supports a forward-thinking approach to education—combining durability, functionality, and modern finishes to create a positive and inspiring learning environment. This campus stands as a reflection of Lincoln Tech’s investment in the next generation of skilled professionals and the communities they serve.
