Anchored by Galen College of Nursing and Memorial Health, the building establishes a shared campus that supports hands-on learning, clinical integration, and long-term growth while expanding access to care in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing communities.

Galen occupies a significant portion of the building across two floors, featuring a welcome center, multipurpose rooms, classrooms, labs, a simulation center, and faculty offices. The remaining space is dedicated to Memorial Health, creating a complementary environment that connects learning with real-world healthcare delivery.
Advanced Construction Delivery
Featuring 36 tilt-wall panels totaling more than 43,000 SF, the project highlights the flexibility of tilt-up construction in a multi-use setting. Its execution earned a 2025 Tilt-Up Achievement Award, recognizing excellence in design, engineering, and innovative application.
Built for the Future of Care
The completed Pooler campus helps address the regional nursing shortage while expanding access to outpatient healthcare services. By pairing hands-on education with real-world care environments, the project creates long-term value for students, patients, and the greater Savannah market.
