Built for a Growing Market
Built to serve one of the region’s fastest-growing markets, the new Hudson Nissan was constructed in partnership with repeat client Hudson Automotive to meet Nissan’s latest dealership image standards. The project team delivered a bold new retail and service destination designed to meet rising demand, elevate the customer experience, and support long-term growth. Choate’s proactive preconstruction efforts, multiple rounds of budgeting, and value engineering helped maximize cost-efficiency while maintaining quality.

Modern Design, Strong Street Presence
The facility’s exterior combines split-faced and smooth-faced CMU masonry with ACM panels, curtainwall glazing, and storefront systems to create a clean, contemporary identity aligned with Nissan brand standards. Transparent showroom glass and durable architectural materials give the campus a strong visual presence while supporting long-term performance in a high-traffic environment. Site improvements included raising the property elevation 5’-6’ to overcome challenging conditions and prepare the campus for long-term success.
Customer-Focused Front of House
Front-of-house spaces include a reception area, open sales workstations, customer lounge, children’s playroom, outdoor lounge, F&I offices, service advisor area, service reception, private offices, customer restrooms, breakroom, and employee support spaces. An on-site electric vehicle charging station adds convenience for customers while supporting the future of mobility.

High-Capacity Service Operations
The new service department was built for efficiency and scale, featuring 26 service bays and two alignment bays. Two floors of parts storage support rapid turnaround and improved inventory
