Choate Construction delivered the first phase of a design-build expansion for General Mills, adding a warehouse, chiller building, and site infrastructure to support a new cereal production line. Executed on an active production campus, the project prioritized sanitary construction standards, phased logistics to maintain uninterrupted truck traffic, and scalable infrastructure to support future manufacturing growth.
