A Branded Refresh
In keeping with the Pinnacle program, the exterior was reclad with ACM and stucco to create a cleaner, more contemporary street presence. Cadillac heritage cues, including the angular ACM “Boneline” façade elements, are inspired by the brand’s classic tailfin. Internal lighting of the ACM provides a sleek finish and visual impact when illuminated at night.
A More Intuitive Customer Journey
Baker’s refined retail environment creates a more seamless customer experience, connecting sales, service, delivery, and product engagement through an open, hospitality-driven layout. Inside, the renovation touches nearly every part of the customer journey, from sales and F&I offices to the showroom, concierge desk, guest lounge, and new car delivery area. Support spaces include conference room, breakroom, copy room, restrooms, IT room, and electrical room.

Refined from Showroom to Service
EV-ready infrastructure, digital touchpoints, illuminated fabric “cloud” ceilings, stained millwork, and updated trim bring a cohesive, elevated refresh to the showroom, new vehicle delivery area, and customer-focused spaces. Service areas received new tile flooring, metal ceiling panels, MEPF systems, and new casework and tops.
Elevated Retail, Carefully Coordinated
Because the renovation was completed on an occupied dealership lot beside the owner’s other facilities, the project required careful coordination from start to finish. With limited laydown, parking, and site access along busy Highway 17, Choate managed material deliveries, sequencing, and daily logistics with precision to keep work moving while minimizing disruption.
