Working alongside talented trade partners, the Choate project team delivered this stunning senior living haven to the Summerville community. The care in construction and close partnership with Ownership resulted in a space that beautifully combines quality healthcare services, premium amenities, and ample options for entertainment.

At 85,000 SF, the Memory Care Facility and Assisted Living spaces offer residents 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, as well as studio options with ample windows, modernized finishes, and crisp architectural detailing. Connected to the Memory Care and Assisted Living facilities by breezeways, Wildcat’s Independent Living quarters include more than 57,000 SF of 1- and 2-bedroom apartment units.

Nestled in a 10-acre park, the campus also houses a full-service kitchen, dining hall, and dedicated rehabilitation services to provide residents with the all the care, comfort, and community they need.

Also on the property is the 3,400 SF clubhouse, which features a bar, dining room, kitchen, and wrap-around porch, as well as a crystal blue pool, pristine non-slip deck, and plenty of shade. Residents and guests can also enjoy a unique culinary experience at its onsite Independent Living restaurant through Wildcat Senior Living’s handcrafted sea-to-table menu.
