This Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of the upscale South Park neighborhood. A dual 8 and 9-story, 308-unit facility is constructed on a concrete frame with exterior skin components of precast, stone, brick, and exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) accents. Resort-style common space throughout the CCRC combines for a total of 160,000 SF encompassing multi-purpose rooms, fine dining areas, terraces, a bistro, salon, fitness areas, indoor pool, and spa.
