FEATURED PROJECTS
RV IV: Office & Parking Deck
Red Ventures doubles their main headquarters, with a massive 308,000-SF expansion constructed as the centerpiece of their corporate campus. The structure of RV4 consists of cast-in-place concrete with curtainwall, metal panel accents, and EIFS exterior. Considered one building by local building and fire codes, the project is actually comprised of four distinct areas. A 1,500 parking deck is also constructed.

RV III: Office & Parking Deck
Choate’s third project features a striking five-story, 180,000-SF office building complete with a beer garden, six-lane bowling alley, lounge, and cafeteria. Conference rooms, open office areas, elevated terraces, and unique asymmetrical atrium space on each level comprise the majority of the interior space. Also included on the 16-acre site is a four-level, 1,200-space precast parking deck, soccer field, two tennis counts, two beach volleyball courts, and various recreation areas. This facility is LEED Certified.

RVII
At 91,000 SF, this LEED Silver certified corporate headquarters contains the main lobby, grand staircase, glass elevator, and executive office and conference areas. The facility features a full-size basketball court. Other fitness amenities include a second-floor jogging track that overlooks the court, aerobics and workout areas, and complete locker room facilities. It also houses a full-service dining area with a kitchen, as well as indoor and outdoor seating.
Partnerships for Success
Choate began working with Red Ventures and architect Overcash & Demmitt early in the preconstruction process to best evaluate sustainable options for all project systems and components. Virtual Construction also played a huge role in the overall success of the project. Red Ventures’ challenging and complex design of the buildings required careful attention to detail.

Fueling the Fun
Other unique features of the campus include a beer garden, full-size NBA replicated basketball court, suspended jogging track, aerobics and workout areas, soccer field, tennis court, beach volleyball courts, six-lane bowling alley, distinctive lounge areas and multiple dining venues. These various recreation areas help create the ultimate “work hard, play hard” corporate campus.
Infrastructure that Performs
The design-build delivery of this 180,000 SF critical environment required a dedicated air-cooled chiller, a back-up cooling system consisting of split AC units, and a dedicated generator with UPS ensuring no interruption.
