Red Ventures Parking Decks

The four-level facility contains 1,200 spaces, three stair towers, and two elevators. The first level is below grade and cast-in-place. The above ground levels of the parking deck are constructed of precast concrete.

To support the growing employee population and visitor access, a 1,500-space parking deck is included in the Phase IV addition to the campus. The structure features decorative perforated metal panel screens. Situated behind the parking deck is a centralized generator complex serving RV4 and the existing RV1 and RV2 buildings. 

Overall site improvements and the addition of the parking deck eliminate the need for surface parking areas between the buildings.  Freeing up those areas provides for the creation of green spaces and outdoor function patios and terraces, further enhancing Red Ventures’ goal for a true pedestrian core campus setting.
