A two-story, 900,000+ SF facility, provides 140+ MW for the second phase of a large hyperscale campus.

Choate’s scope consists of medium voltage infrastructure, core/shell with delegated design, hot aisle containment, and workforce logistics and experience measures. Preconstruction support provides for various BOD scenarios prior to design settling on a direct-to-chip cooling application.

The overall campus load is supported by a 300+ MW dedicated substation.
