Confidential Project, Phase 1

This three-story, Tier IV facility provides the first 60+ MW of a large, multi-phase, hyperscale campus.

Choate delivers site development, utility substation pad, core/shell, chiller platform steel, and hot aisle containment. Project execution requires delegated design for an all-precast structure, including three-story housing for elevated generators and transformers.  Additionally, Choate implements comprehensive workforce logistics and engagement measures for the fit-out phase.
