Tanger Outlets Nashville Earns Excellence in Development Award by ULI Nashville

Out of 21 outstanding nominees, Tanger Outlets Nashville was selected to receive the 2024 Excellence in Development Award presented by the Urban Land Institute of Nashville (ULI). The Choate Construction project team along with Tange Outlets Centers senior leadership attended the awards ceremony dinner to receive the award at the Omni Hotel.

This project sets the bar for excellence in design, development, and financial and community impact, as illustrates how Nashville and Middle Tennessee are leading the charge in innovative retail development.
