Coastal Suds Marks Major Milestone with Groundbreaking of First Location

Choate Construction Company joined Coastal Suds leadership, local officials, and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the first Coastal Suds laundromat at 3878 Ladson Road in Ladson, South Carolina.

The project marks the first of several planned Coastal Suds locations and represents a significant milestone in the brand’s growth. Designed as a modern, community-focused laundromat, the facility will provide a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for customers while delivering a reliable everyday service for the surrounding neighborhood.

Founded by Brandon Siler, Coastal Suds was created with a focus on elevating the laundromat experience through thoughtful design, dependable equipment, and transparent pricing. The Summerville-area location reflects that vision and underscores the company’s commitment to building locally while planning for future expansion across the region.

The project is being delivered in partnership with Choate Construction Company, along with a team of experienced design and engineering partners, including Glick/Boehm & Associates, C Baker Engineering, Constantine Engineering, and Knobeloch & Padgett Engineering.

As development moves forward, Coastal Suds plans to expand to additional locations while maintaining a consistent focus on quality, customer experience, and long-term community investment.
