Montgomery County IDB Public Parking Garage Officially Opens Following Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Clarksville, TN – A new chapter in downtown accessibility and infrastructure has begun with the official opening of the Montgomery County IDB Public Parking Garage, celebrated at a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by local and state leaders.

The project, located in the heart of downtown Clarksville, was made possible through a forward-thinking public-private partnership between Millan Enterprises, Montgomery County, and the State of Tennessee. With the state providing $14 million in funding, Millan Enterprises led the charge in constructing the facility and will continue to manage and maintain it—all without the use of county taxpayer dollars.

Even more impressive, the project was delivered $2 million under budget, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership model. The garage now provides critical parking infrastructure to support downtown businesses, residents, and visitors, contributing to the continued growth and vibrancy of the area.
