PNC Financial Services’ Downtown Nashville HQ is Complete!

Choate Construction has completed the interior renovation of PNC Financial Services’ new Southeast regional headquarters in the Capitol View Radius Building, doubling the bank’s footprint in Nashville.

The full-scale interior office renovation, undertaken by Choate Construction, transforms the space into a dynamic, ergonomic, and sustainable workplace. Featuring modern workstations, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and enhanced amenities, the redesign supports a culture of productivity, teamwork, and employee well-being.

Choate coordinated closely with the client, tenants, and trade partners, scheduling high-noise activities after hours and maintaining open communication to ensure smooth operations.

To meet the aggressive schedule, Choate began demolition before finalizing design plans, ensuring the project stayed on track. Leveraging innovative solutions like floor-leveling scans and precise coordination of salvaged glass partitions, the team delivered a high-quality finish product aligned with PNC’s vision.

Sustainability was central to the design, incorporating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems. Choate also prioritized hiring local trade partners, reflecting a commitment to Nashville’s economic growth and community diversity.
