Choate Honored with Four Awards at 2025 AGC Build Tennessee Awards of Excellence

Choate Construction’s Nashville team was honored with four awards at the 2025 AGC Build TN Awards of Excellence, presented by the Associated General Contractors of Tennessee.

These awards recognize not only high-quality construction, but also the dedication, collaboration, and purpose behind each project. Each honor represents the results of strong partnerships, committed teams, and a shared focus on building with care and intention.

Award of Excellence – Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Previously a drive-in movie theater, the 18-acre site is transformed into a ground-up, 55,000-SF automotive dealership. A highly coordinated automotive project delivered on a tight timeline, reflecting precision and craftsmanship at every stage.

Award of Excellence – Unity Hall at Sagrado Event Center

Unity Hall is a modern space where the congregation can gather in fellowship, celebrate holidays, and break bread together. This project stands as a transformative space designed for gathering, celebration, and community connection.

Award of Merit – PNC Bank Regional Office

PNC Financial Services doubles its footprint in Nashville with the full-scale interior office renovation of the Capitol View’s Radius Building downtown, transforming the space into the bank’s new Southeast regional headquarters. PNC’s new HQ is a modern workspace that blends innovation, flexibility, and thoughtful execution to support evolving workplace needs.
