Choate Breaks Ground on New Dealership in Cape Coral, Florida

Choate Construction was thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking for Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral in Florida, alongside family-owned Anderson Automotive Group, Redline Design Group, and esteemed guests.

The Fred Anderson Toyota dealership includes a two-story showroom encompassing all finance and insurance, consulting, and sales team offices, a 47-bay service shop, a waiting area, and a customer lobby, and a fully functional retail and shop parts department.

The dealership boasts a sleek interior with porcelain tiling and framed-out carpeted accents that match the glazed office fronts and Toyota-branded wall finishes. The store’s entrance will receive the signature backlit, illuminated panels that showcase the Fred Anderson Toyota logo. Service department finishes include hearty tiling and paint for a clean, yet durable feel and function.

The building is a mix of conventional structural steel and masonry construction with aluminum composite metal (ACM) panels and curtainwall systems, creating a modern exterior facade.

This building will also feature a standalone car wash for customer convenience and accessibility. It offers a sprawling site package with Florida native plantings that embody the state’s coastal character.
