Following what has been an exhilarating journey, the 23XI Racing project team delivered a cutting-edge race shop that harmonizes both form and function in its design and construction. The 114,00-SF, state-of-the-art race shop in Huntersville, NC, brings together offices, conference rooms, a gym, automotive testing areas, and workspaces. Serving racecars, teams, and racing enthusiasts, this facility stands as a testament to innovation and ingenuity in design.

The Thread

Transforming the historic 1946 Springs Mill in Rock Hill, SC, The Thread is a 400,000-SF adaptive reuse project that combines residential, retail, office, and recreational spaces. The team's work on this mixed-use development honors the past while fostering community and growth through dynamic, tenant-focused renovations in the rapidly growing area.
