During the buildout of this two-story space, the project team constructed a modern, open dining area and eye-catching bar, melding seamlessly with the partially open kitchen. Using reclaimed wood, the team constructed a slatted wall partition that serves as a defining feature of the bar and dining areas.

With 19 successful projects delivered and more underway through the Choate-Rocket Farm Restaurants partnership, executing the signature style that mirrors Chef Ford Fry’s culinary expertise has become second nature to the project team and Choate’s skilled trade partners.

To ensure each restaurant offers its own unique flair while maintaining the client’s brand goals, the team works closely alongside design partners and key stakeholders every step of the way from sourcing just the right materials to the finishing touches.
