The 5,000-SF transformation of the existing warehouse space turns it into an upscale restaurant with wood-burning grills and an indoor/outdoor patio bar. Custom light fixtures, masonry walls, rope ceilings, steel pivoting doors, and rebar shelves are integrated into the structure. An exquisite brick wall divides the kitchen from the dining area while exposed steel trusses accent the space. A secondary steel frame, lighting, and rope lace through steel brackets.

A major element of the build-out is the indoor-outdoor patio bar, positioned beneath the existing shed roof. Large openings connect the bar and dining spaces with the patio, supporting a more active relationship between the restaurant and Krog Street Market’s pedestrian environment.
