The restaurant embraces its industrial setting through reclaimed wood paneling and millwork incorporating leather, glass, and steel. Custom-fabricated exterior doors replicate the building’s century-old window system, maintaining architectural continuity while introducing a distinctive new entrance.

Hand-painted wall tile imported from Morocco, custom steel-clad doors, handmade chandeliers, and repurposed World War II-era tent lights give the space its layered character. A concrete bar top with a patina zinc face anchors the interior, while custom-made restroom accessories extend the project’s attention to detail throughout.

Complex kitchen infrastructure requires the grease duct shaft to be incorporated and routed through an abandoned office within an upstairs tenant space before reaching the roof. Careful coordination allows these essential systems to function without compromising the historic building or the restaurant’s thoughtfully crafted design.
