Superica expands its Atlanta-area presence with a ninth location in Dunwoody, transforming a former Outback Steakhouse through an extensive interior and exterior renovation. The project removes nearly the entire existing façade, interior finishes, building systems, slab, patio enclosure, partitions, doors, ceilings, and built-in seating to create a fully reconfigured restaurant.

A new kitchen, open dining room, and full bar are supported by upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems. Custom finishes include polished concrete floors, millwork with DEX concrete countertops, built-in banquettes, Corten steel panels, metal-clad doors, fabric wall panels, plaster-coated wallcoverings, brick cladding, and colorful architectural details.

A Fresh Face for Ashford Lane
A new 20-foot-tall lobby features board-formed concrete and 10-foot steel-and-glass entry doors. The expanded outdoor dining experience includes covered and uncovered patios with custom steel trusses, clear roofing panels, fans, heaters, string lighting, breeze block walls, and decorative concrete finishes.
