Exposed industrial elements, restored architectural features, and Roaring 20s-inspired interiors were carefully integrated to honor the building’s past while creating a vibrant, high-energy destination for today’s guests.
Transforming a historic structure into a modern hospitality venue required careful execution of structural upgrades, code compliance, acoustics, specialty lighting, kitchen infrastructure, and new building systems. Choate balanced preservation goals with the technical demands of a high-traffic entertainment environment, ensuring both durability and guest experience remained front and center.

The completed venue brings together duckpin bowling, mini golf, arcade gaming, dining, bars, and live performance stages within one flexible footprint. Choate coordinated the complex construction requirements of multiple entertainment uses under one roof, creating a space capable of hosting casual outings, private events, nightlife, and large group gatherings.
