Construction can be viewed as disruptive so we keep daily routines as normal as possible. Careful coordination with all housing staff, construction workers, and residents is extremely important. Understanding an active senior living community's operations must be completely uninhibited.  Coordination of all systems such as emergency power, cleanliness, noise control, permits, and HVAC are vital to keeping the schedule on track and the community in operation.
